It is essential to underscore that any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the lesson shall result in the imposition of the full price deduction. This policy applies without exception, and all parties are required to adhere strictly to this regulation.

In recognition of unforeseen circumstances that may hinder your attendance at the scheduled lesson, we earnestly advise and encourage you to communicate expeditiously with your assigned driving instructor. By doing so, you can explore the possibility of rescheduling your lesson(s), thus averting the imposition of any adverse financial consequences.

In accordance with our commitment to maintaining a fair and equitable process, in case of the cancellation earlier than 3 days before the scheduled test, the school will deduct the fee of $250. If the cancellation occurs 3 days or less prior to the scheduled date, the school will deduct the full price. This stringent policy is implemented without any exceptions.

In light of our unwavering dedication to facilitating your progress as competent drivers, we highly recommend that, should any unforeseen circumstance impede your attendance at the scheduled VORT, you diligently contact your designated driving instructor. By doing so, you may initiate the process of rescheduling your VORT, thereby mitigating the potential consequences of cancellation.

In the event of a delayed arrival for the scheduled lesson, it is imperative to acknowledge that the allocated time shall not be extended, rescheduled, or subject to any deductions. Therefore, punctuality is of utmost importance to ensure that the lesson commences and concludes within the stipulated timeframe as agreed upon. Failure to adhere to the scheduled time may result in the forfeiture of the missed duration. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

 We offer partial refund on case by case basis if the package was partially used. In cases where you have changed your mind half way through the training and breached the agreement then the partial refund will be calculated based on full lesson price; not according to the discounted price. The money paid will be refunded back to same bank account. Also note that the card facility provider does take 10-15 business days to complete the full refund procedure from the day we finalise it from our end.

The refund for any unused classes claim must be submitted within 60 days from the initial payment date. In circumstances where rescheduled lessons are subsequently canceled, a partial refund can be considered. However, such claims must be lodged within 60 days from the date of cancellation.

It is important to adhere to these stipulated timelines as any refund requests received beyond the aforementioned 60-day period will regrettably not be entertained.
